Meet the Soul of the Circus
I’m Matías Barral, better known as Chirimbolo — a clown, musician, and traveler from Bahía Blanca, Argentina.
For more than a decade, I’ve been crossing borders with my accordion, my unicycle, and a suitcase full of laughter, performing in festivals, streets, and theaters across Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
My art lives somewhere between circus and poetry — a place where humor becomes music, mistakes turn into dance, and every show is a dialogue with the audience.
I believe in the magic of the present moment, in the courage of those who dare to laugh, and in the beauty of a shared smile.
Chirimbolo Circus isn’t just a performance — it’s an encounter, a celebration of the simple, the spontaneous, and the profoundly human.
